Hey
I just tried doing an updatedb, and after getting
some errors, and doing some research, I removed /etc/mtab and replaced it with a
symlink to /proc/mounts
I can now do an updatedb, and everything seems to
be running smoothly.
It appears that /etc/mtab is not auto generated on
bootup, as I do not have an /dev/hda6
Has anyone had any problems similar to
this?
