Definatly. All I'm doing is adding software. Unfourtunally, there is so much
KDE 3.1 software, that a seperate version is needed to truly promote KDE 3.1
and all it's apps. Klaus Knopper is releasing a version with KDE 3.1 for the
CeBit ( arount 12th march ) he told me, but becasue there is only so much
room, I doubt he will have installed all the KDE apps at
http://ktown.kde.org/~nolden/ as there is almost enough to fill a CD. So
unless gnome is removed and many other apps, I think there has to be a
kde-only version to promote KDE and all the KDE apps.
I am currently working on the next version, based on Knoppix-2003-01-20 ( the
other KnoppixKDE was based on an old version ). I thought about using the Sid
debs, but choose to use the woody ones, because there are many more apps
available. ( basicly I am adding every KDE 3.1 app I can find ;)
also, the homepage for this is
