[debian-knoppix] 3 small things - nosound, swap delete and ethtool

1)
Have someone who's computer freezes even with the "failsafe" option when
probing sound. So i'd say a "nosound" option is in order, or, make
"failsafe" not probe sound.
2) Please create auto swap deleter! When knoppix terminating it should delete
the swap please!
3) software to add :
ethtool - 37.8kB - Display or change ethernet card settings
several more recent ethernet drivers implement the ethtool interface ( without
this program you can't change settings! )
distcc - this was requested a while ago, but no cigar.. it makes knoppix very
useful for compiling kde - just pop it in a bunch 'o machines and distcc gcc
away :)
