[debian-knoppix] re distribution??
Hi,
Must tell you all that my husband loves knoppix, he is just the type to
turn the computer on and surf and bid on ebay and play games but he can do
it with my hd install of knoppix!! I have to revamp it though on the
desktop. I have to trick it into letting me log in, I tweaked just a
litttle too much I think, ha ha.
I read the part about using knoppix on the laptops. My thinkpads won't
boot from cd. Is there a way to get into windows, start the knoppix cd and
install onto hd??? No big loss if I have to reinstall windows, all these
laptops came nonworking and I put windows on by using floppy and hot
swapping cd but is a PAIN. I could get by with just knoppix hd install on
them and make everyone happy.
