In netcardconfig (which is called by the menu entry above), nameservers
are separated by spaces. The input is transformed into /etc/resolv.conf
entries, one nameserver per line.

Yes, you can, I think "save Knoppix configuration" also includes
/etc/resolv.conf. The exact format of this file is documented in
resolv.conf(5). "man resolv.conf"
