[debian-knoppix] terminalserver, keyboards
the keyboard configuration for the clients is created by using "lang=$LANGUAGE". unfortunately does this lead to a wrong
configuaration for some countries.
e.g. for switzerland is the code "ch", but $LANGUAGE is mapped to "de" during knoppix-autoconfigure.
it looks like $COUNTRY would be more suitable, or maybe extracting "lang=" from /proc/cmdline.
the relevant code is in the mktftpboot() function in /usr/sbin/knoppix-terminalserver
