[debian-knoppix] /dev/zero permissions and xine



Saw a strange bug with Knoppix 2002-12-12.
(it was not my laptop).

Xine wanted to read from /dev/zero
but did not have permissions to do so
and aborted.

/dev/zero was read only.

I can confirm that /dev/zero with 2003-01-02
is also read only when booted. It is not linked like
most other devices to /dev/KNOPPIX/
the zero in there has good permissions.
