[debian-knoppix] knoppix config -> save

Hello, i'm new to the list - so i don't know if this has been mentioned 
before. Is it possible to save all 'changes' that you make in knoppix to a 
file on the harddrive partition. Changes meaning pretty much everything 
you've done. I think that would be useful...if you have a harddrive. And as 
a side note, you could have a floppy boot knoppix off the cdrom, and then 
point to the file on the harddrive with the files/configurations that were 
saved. If this doesn't make sense, ignore it, i'm not very good at making 
things clear ^.^
