[debian-knoppix] qcad help

The qcad help menu item doesn't work under KNOPPIX, at least when I start
qcad in an ssh window.  I get a message about ~/.qcad/doc/en/index.html. I
can fix the problem with:
	ln -s /usr/share/doce/qcad/html ~/.qcad/doc

This should somehow be automated.

I didn't actually use qcad, so I don't know if there are more problems.
