Aha.  Thanks for the explanation.

Great!  I hope it fits.

I wanted to also mention that w/ 2.2, I wasn't able to use my IBM
10/100 EtherJet PC Card, but now w/ the pre-3.1 CD, it works fine --
which in turn means that using partimage is much faster over the
network (-;


P.S. The pre-3.1 CD also works fine on a ThinkPad 600E.
