Re: Kontaktformular

Hello lolive,

I have been trying to contact the DemoLinux developers for over a year
now. All my mails went unanswered. Maybe it's due to the fact that I
wrote in english, since I have no skills in the french language
whatsoever?

However, nice to meet you finally. I think that DemoLinux could use some
of the KNOPPIX tools and modules. I already offered the compressed
loopback device module in my earlier mails, have a look at
http://www.knopper.net/knoppix/sources/cloop.README

Btw, you can boot the KNOPPIX CD in french if you type
knoppix lang=fr
at the boot prompt. Watch out for the correct = letter (I don't know
where it actually is on a french keyboard).

I'm also working together with the former linuxcare bootable business
card people, have a look at http://www.lnx-bbc.org/faq.html for more
information (there also used to be a live linux CD overview somewhere,
but I can't find it anymore now).

Regarding your question: I would like to continue working on KNOPPIX
because it is the system I know best. But if you need help with
DemoLinux and would like to include some of the KNOPPIX features on your
CD, or join the development discussion list, feel free to subscribe
to debian-knoppix@linuxtag.org (just send mail to majordomo@linuxtag.org
with "subscribe debian-knoppix" within the mail body).

Regards
