Bug#1116030: linux-image-6.12.48+deb13-amd64: grub not reached on reboot from trixie's kernel. Works with bookworm's kernel and from a cold start

Maybe you start with removing all parameters except of root=.
Especialy acpi_enforce_resources and amd64_edac.ecc_enable_override
sound dangerous and might leave the system in a state that the firmware
is not reseting correctly.

This system is 15 years old.  Maybe it is time to replace it with a new
