As there was not ntfs3 before trixie enabled, this *might* be a ntfs3
specific issue, as there was no ntfs3 enable d in bookworm, it is new
enabled in trixie.

But now before trying to debug that: if you do not have a Windows
system on that device (please assure it first) then please run first
from a Windows system a chdsk as the dmesg suggests. 

If after that the problem persist we might need to dig into it closer.
