Dear Maintainer,

building linux 5.15 for arm64 fails due to a missing build dependency.
Package gcc-arm-linux-gnueabihf is missing.

The build fails during:
    CC32 arch/arm64/kernel/vdso32/vgettimeofday.o

with the following message:
    /bin/sh: 1: arm-linux-gnueabihf-gcc: not found

A workaround is to install gcc-arm-linux-gnueabihf manually.

I assume that the build dependency should be resolved by the
build-dep installation via the respective *.dsc file.

Thanks a lot,
Vincent

Hi

This bug was filed for a very old kernel or the bug is old itself
without resolution.

If you can reproduce it with

- the current version in unstable/testing
- the latest kernel from backports

please reopen the bug, see https://www.debian.org/Bugs/server-control
for details.

Regards,
Salvatore
