Basically anyone with a laptop and a default BIOS fan control profile
that is awful must resort to ec_sys.

For example, my Clevo P15SM needs this:
https://github.com/SkyLandTW/clevo-indicator/blob/master/src/clevo-indicator.c

It'd be really nice if I could quieten down my laptop from
jet-taking-off-at-maximum-throttle when the CPU temperature is only
50!

There seems no reason *not* to compile ec_sys as a module when the
debian kernel is so full of other debugging modules.
