And the process doing the file-operation hang. In my case iceweasel
one time and icedove another. The only way to get the applications
working again was reboot. kill -9 did not work.

9776de96e51565286da25c74d6f631abc50c63ef "FS-Cache: Timeout for
releasepage()" <https://kernel.googlesource.com/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/tip/tip/+/9776de96e51565286da25c74d6f631abc50c63ef>
might fix this, but I have not tested. I have turned off fscache for
my NFS-mounts.
