The module Ath9k stop working, and dmesg display "DMA failed to stop" in the output

Also sometimes the Interupt 17 is disabled.

Often a kernel panic at startup occurs.
When the module stop working, there are often system freezes.

This bug occurs randomly in a non-deterministic way.

If the module is removed via modprobe, cannot be reinserted, because module is unable to reset the hardware

nohwcript and disable power saving workarounds doesn't work.

(options ath9k nohwcrypt=1)
(iwconfig wlan0 power off)

This bug occurs with the same network card with all (ot at least most) of the kernels between 3.2.42 and the current kernel from experimental

here there is a bug report of the kernel where i've posted some informations:

https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=42673 ;

this issue causes the ath9k driver to be nearly unusable for me.

the network card is a 04:00.0 Qualcomm Atheros AR9283 Wireless Network Adapter (PCI-Express) [168c:002a] (rev 01)
