Bug#882086: Same on Packard bell TS11HR-200GE i7-2630QM Intel HD 3000

I am having the same problem.
as a workaround you can hibernate using
echo disk > /sys/power/state as root.
Doing this, resume works quite fine.

I have found this possible kernel patch and I wanted to know if this patch is
already assembled in my current debian kernel:
