Bug#918142: linux-image-4.19.0-1-amd64: Can no longer disable the touchscreen module

hi guys

i kept playing with this as it was really bothering me and have found
that creating:

# Elan Touchscreen should be disabled
SUBSYSTEM=="usb", ATTRS{idVendor}=="04f3", ATTRS{idProduct}=="0224",
ATTR{authorized}="0"

in

/etc/udev/rules.d/81-touchscreen.rules

has solved the problem for me without any module blacklisting

i'm guessing this should close the issue now, and apologies if i have
wasted anybody's time

thanks
