Hi Stefan

So after fixing the polarity of the wifi-reset everything works as expected.

- reset-gpios = <&expgpio 1 GPIO_ACTIVE_HIGH>;
+ reset-gpios = <&expgpio 1 GPIO_ACTIVE_LOW>;

I think this should be acceptable as a stable fix for 4.19 LTS.

I applied the same change to arch/arm/boot/dts/bcm2837-rpi-3-b-plus.dts and now it also works on the Raspberry Pi 3 B+.
