Bug#794520: AMD A8-7100, no fan-control

Two years later, Stretch and 4.9.0.
This is still true.

This laptop's backlight + termal (fan) info is not well supported.
(I'm now having recurring CPU overheat/restart)

More exactly:
k10temp provides temperature inside /sys/class/hwmon/hwmon*/*
but /proc/acpi/ibm/fan does not seem to work (with thinkpad_acpi fan_control=1)
$ echo level disengaged >> /proc/acpi/ibm/fan
is actually written to the kernel, but still can't listen the fan.

Given that I now doubt about correct hardware fan control to manage
reducing the temperature as it should, I need software fallback.

NB: issue about backlight is still true
