Bug#813640: Enable VMX crypto extensions module

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA224

Package: linux-image-4.3.0-1-powerpc64
Version: 4.3.3-7
Severity: normal

The POWER8 processors use VMX to accelerate cryptographic functions.
Linux supports the use of VMX for cryptographic acceleration, however
Debian does not build this module, leaving users of some systems (e.g.
OpenPOWER) unable to reach rated bandwidths e.g. in OpenSSL.

Please enable the VMX cryptographic extensions module with
CONFIG_CRYPTO_DEV_VMX=m in the kernel configuration.
