Bug#808272: linux-image-3.16.0-4-amd64: Emulex LPe1250 FV2.00A4 has lost LUN-s after upgrade from 3.2.0-4-amd64 to 3.16.0-4-amd64

Dear Maintainer,

After upgrade of linux-image-3.2.0-4-amd64 to linux-image-3.16.0-4-amd64 Emulex fiber card cannot see or connect to lun-s using lpfc driver. 

What I tried to do:

1. Manually rescan lun-s 

echo "- - -" >/sys/class/scsi_host/host1/scan 
echo 1 > /sys/class/fc_host/host1/issue_lip

2. Tried to change port type of the fc card 

echo x > /sys/class/scsi_host/host1/lpfc_topology
a) x = 0 => Attempt loop mode, if it fails attempt point-to-point mode 
b) x = 2 => Attempt point-to-point mode only
c) x = 6 => Attempt point-to-point mode, if it fails attempt loop mode 

3. Changed back to linux-image-3.2.0-4-amd64 and lun-s were visible again.
