These were enabled in 4.2.5-1 and 4.3~rc7-1~exp1.

These were already enabled automatically in 4.3.

I'll enable these in the next upload of 4.3.

This is the old name for CONFIG_NETFILTER_XT_TARGET_CT; there is no
need to set both of them.
