OK. For more information, I have do check it later. But to me it
seams that the usb stick was found to late. I boot my server from an
usb stick. And after the server entered the busybox, the usb stick
was found.

That was what I am searching for :).
initramfs-tools_0.99~bpo60+1_all.deb is working again. So maybe
there is a different by using usb boot devices.
