Bug#768478: linux-image-3.16 (wheezy-backports and jessie): outbound TCP throughput drops to zero for several drivers

Hello Kernel-team,

Other than the original BTS Ack, I am not aware that this issue has
been investigated or the fix applied. Could someone kindly indicate
the current status of issue #768478?
