As you say the screen remains blank, that suggests a regression in
either the GPU (radeon) or backlight driver. For some reason, your bug
report didn't include information about the GPU; can you send the output
of 'lspci -vnn' please?

I wasn't able to see much of a difference either, I use the radeon video driver and if I were to guess what was the problem I would say wireless network drivers as they have always given me an issue. But I manually ifdown and then ifup my network drivers before and after a pm-suspend and it works fine on the 3.2.54-2 kernel.

Here is the output of lspci -vnn, along with the output of lsmod from 3.2.54-2 kernel. Would it help to boot into the new kernel and see if there is a loaded module difference? Any other logs or info you need please let me know.
