The Ethernet controller and SD HCI are part of the same chip (BCM57765).
They should be independent devices, but they share a single PCI Express
link to the CPU.

Neither of them are using firmware from this package, so as I said
before you need to make a bug report against the kernel.

I have one suggestion for you to test: does the kernel parameter
'pcie_aspm=off' help?
