You are running kernel 2.6.32-5-xen-686, does this kernel boot OK
natively? What about the 2.6.32-5-686-bigmem flavour?

If possible please could you also try the Wheezy kernel.

The Xen wiki has a help page for this sort of thing,
http://wiki.xen.org/wiki/XenParavirtOpsHelp, in particular it suggests
various command line debug options.

My gut feeling is that interrupts are going astray somewhere along the
line. Although the only error messages are about a USB controller. I
notice that all your ATA controllers seem to be sharing IRQ5, which
doesn't seem right.

Hrm:
(XEN) ACPI Error (tbxfroot-0220): A valid RSDP was not found [20070126]

Is your BIOS up to date? This also suggests that a native test would be
worthwhile.

Judging from google, tou could try "pci=biosirq" on the command line
(try both hypervisor and Linux).
