I tried with 3.7-trunk from experimental.  It appears the same issue
exists there as well, and using video=SVIDEO-1:d appears to workaround
as well.  I have not tried the i915 module in initramfs, but I suspect
it will workaround too.

I have dmesg's from both of these boots, if needed.

Lastly, I had a successful boot without a workaround; I didn't save
the dmesg!  I will try booting with drm.debug=6 until it works.
