Bug#628444: iwlagn - "MAC is in deep sleep", cannot restore wifi operation



Another failure today, but this time the device failed to come out of
a sleep state after a resume cycle.

Next iteration:

wd_disable=1 power_save=0 bt_coex_active=0

Note that power_save=0 seems to be the default anyway.
