Bug#647770: linux-image-2.6.32-5-amd64: Random system freeze after "ohci_hcd 0000:00:12.0: HC died; cleaning up"

Today I made the second catch, it was the usual log with "ohci_hcd 0000:00:12.0: HC died; cleaning up" over netconsole,
so it's the same error every time. This worked with something like synthetic test: playing 50+ videos with Totem
playlist and running long playlist on youtube with Chromium at the same time. I was away, so I cannot tell, how long it
took. Minimum 3 hours. And I don't know, if I can catch it without this "test", but I will try.

>keeping a terminal open running "tail -f /var/log/syslog"

I will try, but the terminal must be always the top window and my system is getting unusable for normal using.

>9.04 and 9.10 had occasional freezes and 10.04 did not?

Maybe, maybe not exactly this versions. I'm only shure, this bug was between 2.6.20/30-3.0. Test-installing
of all suspicious distros could be useful, but I do not realy want to do it. This will take too many time.

Now, there is my next problem. I added "deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian experimental main" (without quotes)
to /etc/apt/sources.list, made

apt-get update
apt-get -t experimental install linux-base initramfs-tools
but cannot install needed packages. Apt says, the nevest versions are already installed. In Synaptic package>choose
version shows me only stable versions. Then if I try to install the linux-image-3... it says the following
(I translated it to english):

Some packages cannot be installed...
This information could help you:
packages with brocken dependencies
linux-image-3...: depends on linux-base (>=3) but 2.6.32... will be installed
brakes: initramfs-tools (< 0.99~) but 0.98.8 will be installed

There is the testing-kernel, but other packages are not presented. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
