[PATCH v3] Add 3.0-rt2 patch set
Hello,
changes since v2:
- update to -rt2
- reword decription to address Bastian's comments. Not sure he's happy now?!
- merge patches
- really drop all armel stuff

It's currently enabled and build tested for amd64/amd64.
