I found it here: http://wiki.openvz.org/Download/kernel/rhel6/042test006.1
Unfortunately, I don't know if there is any public git tree for this 
Kernel available, the only thing I found was a big Patchfile on the same 
page.
By now, this has been updated to 
http://wiki.openvz.org/Download/kernel/rhel6/042stab014.1
