Hi, I had the same problem on a EEE 901. The awake from hibernate was failing and the computer did an automatic reboot. I took the working kernel config from linux-image-2.6.32-3-686_2.6.32-9_i386.deb to compile my own kernel using the source package. linux-source-2.6.32_2.6.32-30_all.deb I had to disable following options to get hibernate work again.
