Bug#598784: [linux-2.6] Philips SPC 1300NC webcam not recognised

Package: linux-2.6
Version: 2.6.32-23
Severity: normal

My Philips SPC 1300NC webcam is not recognised when I plug it in. Only
my 32bit laptop is affected by this bug. My Logitech webcam works fine
on the same machine. The Philips webcam works without issues on my 64bit
Debian Squeeze machine.
