I think this should have a stronger statement adding that
we can't guarantee to have any out of tree patch for the next release,
but are delivering them on a case per case decision.
Considering that this specific upstream might not want to support
the specific linux-2.6 version we might release with in squeeze+1.

also please scratch openvz featureset from aboves recommendation
it is also out of tree and may not be merged by 2.6.38.
lxc is continuously improving and network namespace support gaining
traction in mainstream.
