Package: ndiswrapper-utils Version: 1.8The depend gcc-4.0 does not exist, so ndiswrapper can't build the kernel module. Then the user must build it self with module-assistant. I think the ndiswrapper package must get a higher priority, because many users get with wireless into the internet. No more modules will be added to linux-modules-extra-2.6 - instead, it is going to be removed. The most serious problem with this package is bug #517130. You can make your module-source packages build modules automatically by integrating them with dkms.
