Bug#541630: ATI Rage 128 Pro Ultra TF doesn't start with linux-image-2.6.30-1-686

This actually appears to be an existing bug which could occur in case of
any initialisation failure.

Please could you test my attempted fix:

1. Download http://womble.decadent.org.uk/tmp/r128.ko
   (there is a GPG signature for this in
    http://womble.decadent.org.uk/tmp/r128.ko.asc )
2. Uninstall firmware-linux
3. Stop the X server
4. Load the new driver (rmmod r128 && insmod r128.ko)
5. Start the X server
