Mr. Thilak Pushpakumara is a JIPM (Japanese Institute of Plant Maintenance) accredited TPM instructor and trained in Japan on TPM, TQM and TPS. He was formerly Plant Manager, Unilever Sri Lanka and presently functions as the General Manager – Productivity Improvement at Loadstar (Pvt) Ltd. Mr. Pushpakumara has 17 years hands on experience in manufacturing and has a wealth of experience in cultural and lean transformation journey in highly unionized and non-unionized manufacturing environments.
