Bug#471062: ixp4xx: stalls and I/O errors when reading and writing via NFS

We changed the Ethernet driver used for the NSLU2 in 2.6.24, so it's
possible there are some regression compared to 2.6.18.  Gordon, have
you seen this issue before?
