Justification: renders package unusable
This appears to be identical to the problem originally reported in
Debian bug #244474. Linux PPC kernel 2.4.26 renders tkmixer unusable;
other mixers perform properly. Downgrading to the previously
installed kernel (2.4.20) eliminates the problem.
