I sent a (broken) patch to Marco - he pointed out the flaw & said he
plans to implement it differently. Once he does so, this bug should be
knocked down to non-RC.

I also closed #399113 - I couldn't reproduce it and, aiui, it only
affects non-PAE builds, which we stopped providing in -9.

So, aiui, we just need a new upload w/ ipv6 re-enabled? I hope to
spend tomorrow going through the security bugs that were fixed in -10
by 2.6.16 changes and review/re-apply them.

What else needs to happen before we upload -11?
