Bug#330408: marked as done (cpufreq-stats.txt.gz: say how to see trans_table)

cpufreq-stats.txt.gz mentions time_in_state total_trans trans_table,
however we Debian users, or me at least only see the first two.

Perhaps instructions on what to put in /etc/modules should be provided
to enable seeing all three.

Kconfig default is n

fedora does not enable it.

it's sysfs usage would be highly nacked nowadays.


thus i don't see many reasons to enable it.
