Specifying the kernel boot flag 'resume=/dev/hda5' (for instance) to
resume off of a swap partition doesn't work. Nothing in the kernel boot
sequence indicates it attempting to load the swsusp image off the disk,
although swapon fails to enable the swap device (presumably because of
the suspended image on it).
