No, it isn't.  The latest upload still build-depends on squashfs-source and
unionfs-source, and these packages are still not available in testing.  I
spelled this out in detail in my previous mail to this bug.

And l-m-e-2.6 is still failing to build on arm because of the ICE in
squashfs.

So action is still required to resolve this bug; either we need some arm
porter to step up and resolve the squashfs problem, or l-m-e-2.6 needs to
not build squashfs modules on arm.
