Bug#399691: linux-modules-2.6.18-2-xen-686: b44 module does not work

Package: linux-modules-2.6.18-2-xen-686
Severity: normal

Subject says it all. Here's my syslog entry:

Nov 21 12:17:55 feivel kernel: b44.c:v1.01 (Jun 16, 2006)
Nov 21 12:17:55 feivel kernel: ACPI: PCI Interrupt 0000:02:0e.0[A] -> GSI 16 (level, low) -> IRQ 16
Nov 21 12:17:55 feivel kernel: b44 0000:02:0e.0: No usable DMA configuration, aborting.
Nov 21 12:17:55 feivel kernel: ACPI: PCI interrupt for device 0000:02:0e.0 disabled
Nov 21 12:17:55 feivel kernel: b44: probe of 0000:02:0e.0 failed with error -5

According to some information on the internet it seems that b44 only
accepts low memory DMA.
