kallsyms.h NULL undefined patch

Hello All,

When building linux-source-2.6.17 and linux-source-2.6.18 gcc complains
(at least on mips) about NULL being undefined in kallsyms.h.  The
following patches will fix it on .17 and .18, respectively.
