Bug#381844: itramfs-tools doesn't produce working ramdisk on amd64 with MODULES=list

the previous initramfs-tools mdadm hook had ordering trouble.

well if you can still reproduce that with latest mdadm please
file a bug against it.

sure missing drivers when you use MODULES=list
