Hello,

I tried to apply Ian's patch to kernel from linux-source-2.6.15-8,
and it solved my problem.
That is, the tape autochanger load/unload operations that
take about 50s to complete now work successfully, without
returning timeout errors.

If needed, I can provide the details with my configuration.
